The breakfast had a great variety of options to choose from, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They were friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. It was close to the village center and had beautiful surroundings, providing a lovely ambiance for our stay.

Worst aspects of our Easter stay were the lack of communication and the uncomfortable bed. Despite emailing prior to our stay, our requests regarding bed arrangements were not met, causing confusion and inconvenience.

During my stay at St-Alban Hotel & Spa, I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing pool and spa facilities. The stylish and clean rooms provided the perfect level of comfort, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The hotel staff were friendly and professional, always going above and beyond to accommodate my requests. The complimentary afternoon tea was a delightful treat that I looked forward to each day. Additionally, the location near the center of town offered stunning views of the mountains from my room. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and enjoyable amenities.

Although my stay was nearly perfect, there were a couple of minor downsides to note. the lack of soundproofing in the duplex suite allowed for noise disturbances from the neighboring room, which disrupted my sleep.
